From Home / Office

Silver Shuttle will pick you up from your home, hotel, hostel, student hall, office or any other address of your choice.

We will always endeavour to be at your pick-up at or before your scheduled time. In the case of Saver Shuttles we will always pick you up within 20 minutes of your chosen time, and with Super Savers within 45 minutes, so please do make sure you are confident of your timings when you choose these two options (we recommend at least 3.5 hours before your flight departure time for all pick-ups).

If your pick up is in a busy area where it’s difficult to park or find the entrance, please send us details of the best place to wait for the pick up and how to find the entrance by email to customerservice@silvershuttle.com. Drivers are not permitted to stop, even for a short time, at a road with a double red line at the side.

Please contact us in advance if you are aware of any issues that will affect your pick up. If the booking is imminent or in progress call the contact number provided in the confirmation text. Otherwise send an email to customerservice@silvershuttle.com or call us on +44 (0) 20 3637 0224.

On arrival, the driver will ring the bell or knock or call you on the number provided. If it is difficult to park nearby, the driver will park as close as possible and make contact by phone. If you have provided us with the land line of your address, please don’t leave your address before the pick up time as we will then not be able to contact you.

In the event that we are unable to contact you, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes for a Super Saver or Saver Shuttle or 20 minutes for Private Transfer passengers before proceeding with the journey or aborting the journey. If you are not ready to travel at the scheduled pick up time the driver will wait up to 5 minutes for a Super Saver or Saver booking. For a Private booking if the driver is able to wait longer waiting charges will apply, which will be payable directly to the driver in cash.

Your items of luggage and sports equipment must tally with those booked as our system allocates vehicles according to the number of passengers and luggage requirements stated. Any excess luggage may be refused or charged.

Once on board, sit back and enjoy the ride to Departures.

From Hotel

We will always endeavour to be at your pick-up at or before your scheduled time. If you do not have a mobile phone contact number, the driver will call the hotel reception or concierge. Please ensure we have the name under which you are registered with the hotel.
